Hi everyone, my name is Connie Dearman. But most everyone knows me as Connie Jo. And I've been a Licensed Realtor® in North Carolina and a member of the Triad MLS™ since May of 2019. In order to learn more about me, you need to know some of my life-long passions. Therefore, here are a few things relating to those affections: One major passion has always been real estate, in some form or fashion. So, for several years I purchased a variety of different types of houses for myself to live in and enjoy. During that time, I renovated those homes to create a unique and widely appealing environment for each property, according to its architectural style. Afterward, I sold those properties, to satisfy my real estate bug and move on to the next project awaiting me. Overall, I've purchased, renovated, and sold ten properties in the course of the last twenty years. . And, throughout the last few years, I have worked as a Closing Coordinator in real estate sales, while assisting one of the top Realtors® in the area, who has been gracious enough to mentor me during my transition from hands-own property renovator into a full-fledged real estate agent. Now, my real estate passion lies with helping others find their dream property in a new construction home. Another passion of mine is the love that I have for my three rescue dogs, Mille, Charlotte and Phoebe. I enjoy taking them on hikes and other outings in the Triad area, and occasionally a weekend getaway to the serene Carolina coast or tranquil Carolina mountains. And, some days just spending time together with them on the sofa while enjoying a lazy afternoon.
